These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and participation in the Reset & Receive Nervous System Course (the “Course”) offered by KrystalLynn Star (“Facilitator”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Course, you (“Client” or “Participant”) agree to the following terms:

1. Course Overview

Reset & Receive is a self-paced digital course designed to guide participants through a 6-module nervous system reset, including embodiment practices, somatic healing tools, and guided activations. Upon purchase, clients receive access to the course materials via a private portal.

2. Payment Terms

The offer price is $699 USD.
Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. By completing your purchase, you authorize the Facilitator to charge the payment method provided.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment is successfully processed and understand that access to the Course may be revoked if payment is incomplete or reversed.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access to digital content and the nature of this energetic work, all sales are final and non-refundable. By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the Course, including but not limited to video/audio recordings, written materials, PDFs, downloads, activations, and practices, is the intellectual property of KrystalLynn Star. These materials are for personal use only.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share the content with others without written permission. Any unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action.

5. Privacy & Communication

By enrolling in the Course, you agree to provide personal information (such as your name and email address) which will be used to deliver the Course content and communicate with you regarding your enrollment.

You will be added to Krystal Lynn Star’s email list, and you may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. Transactional emails related to course access and updates will continue as needed.

Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual. You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes. The Facilitator makes no claims of specific emotional, physical, financial, or spiritual results.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Course, you release and hold harmless Krystal Lynn Star from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from your use of or participation in the Course content.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California (or applicable jurisdiction), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved in a state or federal court located within said jurisdiction.

9. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and accessing the Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full.
